Microsoft Teams Integration

1. Go to the WPBookit plugin settings in your WPBookit admin panel.
2. Navigate to the Microsoft Team Meet Integration tab.
3. Enter the following details:
   • Client ID: Paste the Client ID from Azur Portal.
   • Client Secret Key: Paste the Client Secret.
   • Authorized Redirect URL: To Auth Microsoft Team Meet
4. Click on Authorize Meet Calendar to auth Microsoft Team Meet with WPBookit.
5. Save the settings.

Configuring Microsoft Team Meet for Booking Type

Steps to Set Up an Online Video Conference for a Booking

1. Navigate to the Company Section:
   • Log in to your dashboard and go to the Company section from the main menu.
2. Access Booking Type:
   • From the sidebar, click on Booking Type.
3. Select Advance Bookings:
   • Within the Booking Type section, select Advance Bookings to configure advanced settings for bookings.
4. Select Online Video Conference:
   • In the booking setup form, find the Location field.
   • Set the Location option to Online Video Conference.
5. Specify Video Conferencing Platform:
   • Once the Online Video Conference option is selected, an additional field will appear.
   • From the dropdown menu, select Microsoft Team Meet Telemed as the video conferencing platform.

This process ensures that your advanced bookings are seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Team Meet for a smooth virtual conferencing experience.

Accessing Your Microsoft Team Meet Link for Bookings

After a booking is confirmed, the system automatically generates a unique Microsoft Team Meet link for the meeting. This link is specifically created for the scheduled booking and ensures a seamless virtual conferencing experience. Users can access the link in two ways:

1. Copy and Paste: The generated Microsoft Team Meet link can be copied and manually pasted into a browser to open the meeting.
2. Direct Access: Alternatively, users can click directly on the link provided, which will instantly open the meeting in Microsoft Team Meet.

This automated process eliminates the need for manual link generation, saving time and ensuring that every booking is paired with a ready-to-use Microsoft Team Meet session.

Booking Confirmation Email

After the booking is confirmed, the user will receive an email containing all the details of their reservation, including a Microsoft Team Meet link. The email will provide the option for the user to either copy the link or open it directly for easy access to the meeting.
