Payment Tab

Overview

The WPBookit Payments section provides a comprehensive view of all payment-related information for bookings. From here, you can easily manage payment details, including viewing individual payment records and filtering payment reports.

Export Payments

To export the payments list, click the “Export Payment” button. This feature is useful for creating backups or using the data in other applications.

Advance Filter For Payments

The Advanced Filter Popup is designed to provide a streamlined and efficient way to refine payments data. This functionality allows users to filter Payment based on specific criteria, ensuring they can quickly access the most relevant information.

How to Access the Advanced Filter Sidebar

1. Navigate to the Payments section from the sidebar.
2. Click on the Advanced Filter button located at the top or side of the payments table.

1. Customer Name
   • Search Field: Filter payments based on the customer’s name by typing in the search box.
2. Payment Mode
   • Dropdown List: Select the desired payment mode from the available options (e.g., Cash, Credit Card, Online Transfer).
   • Multiple Selection Supported: Choose more than one payment mode to filter payments accordingly.
3. Paid Amount
   • Range Fields: Specify a range for the paid amount by entering a minimum and maximum value.
4. Payment Status
   • Dropdown Options: Filter payments based on their status (e.g., Paid, Unpaid, Partially Paid).
   • Multiple Selection Supported: Select multiple payment statuses for broader filtering.
5. Action Buttons
   • Reset Filters: Clears all selected filters and resets the form to its default state.
   • Apply Filters: Executes the filtering process and updates the payments table to display results based on the selected criteria.

Payment Invoice

In this section, you can print payment invoices for individual transactions. Additionally, an advanced filter feature allows you to refine your payment report based on specific criteria.

Print Payment Invoice

• Click on the print button in the WPBookit Payment Invoice.
• Customize your print settings, such as destination, layout, and color options.

• Click the “Print” or ”Save” button.
