Twilio Integration

  1. Integrate Twilio with WPBookit
    • Step 1: In your WordPress dashboard, go to WPBookit > Settings.
    • Step 2: Click on the “SMS/WhatsApp Template ” tab.
    • Step 2: Select “Twilio” as your notification provider.
  2. Set Up SMS Notifications (WhatsApp Notification )
    • Step 1: Configure the SMS notification (WhatsApp Notification ) settings as per your requirements.
      • Set up notification templates for booking confirmations, reminders, and updates.
      • Specify the message content and recipient details.
  3. Test the Configuration
    • Step 1: Perform a test booking to ensure that SMS notifications are sent correctly.
    • Verify that the notifications are received as expected.
  4. Customize Notification Experience (Optional)
    • Step 1: You can customize the SMS templates and notification preferences within WPBookit.
    • Step 2: Go to WPBookit > Settings > SMS/WhatsApp Template to make necessary adjustments.
