Review And Ratings Page

The “Review And Ratings” section in WPBookit allows you to view and manage Review And Ratings information. You can edit existing Review And Ratings details, and delete Review And Ratings.

Review And Ratings List
The main Review And Ratings list displays the following information for each customer:

• ID: a unique identifier for the customer.
• Customer Name: the name of the customer.
• Email: the email address of the customer.
• Rating: the customer’s given rate in the booking.
• Comments: the customer’s comments.
• Booking Date: The date when the customer made the booking.
• Action: options to edit or delete the customer’s Review And Ratings record.

Edit Review And Rating

Edit Icon: click the edit icon (pencil) in the “Action” column to edit the details of an existing Review And Ratings .

To edit a customer’s Review and Rating in WPBookit, navigate to the Review and Ratings list, where you will find each customer’s name, email address, rating, and comments. By selecting the “Edit” option in the “Action” column, you can update any of these details, including adjusting the rating, modifying the customer’s comments, or correcting their contact information. This feature provides an easy way to manage and ensure the accuracy of customer reviews.

Delete Customer

• Delete Icon: click the delete icon (trash bin) in the “Action” column to delete an existing Review And Ratings.

Booking Type

In the “Booking Types” section, ratings are shown according to the specific period set in the “Rating Settings” for calculating the average rating. The selected period determines which reviews are considered when calculating the average, ensuring that the displayed ratings reflect the desired time frame, whether it’s recent reviews, monthly, quarterly, or another defined period. This allows users to view more accurate and relevant ratings based on the timeframe that is most important for their needs.

Booking Type review

In the WPBookit booking type, the average customer rating for a specific booking type will be displayed. By clicking on the Review button, a modal will open where all reviews and comments will be shown, and sorting functionality will be available
