Review And Ratings Shorcode

When the WPBookit Review and Rating plugin is activated, a tab in setting named Ratings is automatically created. This tab displays all available shortcodes for reviews and ratings. To copy a specific shortcode to the clipboard, click on the copy icon next to the desired review or rating. Follow the provided steps to integrate the shortcode into your website effectively.

Create a new page in WordPress

  1. Log in to Your WordPress Admin Panel
    • Go to your WordPress dashboard by visiting your website
  2. Add a New Page
    • Navigate to Pages in the left menu.
    • Click Add New to create a new page.
  3. Enter a Page Title
    • Add a title for your page, such as “Bookings” or “Schedule”.
  4. Add the Shortcode
    • In the content area, add the Shortcode Block:
      1. Click the + icon to add a block.
      2. Search for “Shortcode” and select it.
      3. Enter the shortcode [wpb-booking-types],[wpb-profile] and [wpb-login] in the shortcode block.
  5. Publish the Page
    • Click Publish to make the page live on your website.
    • Confirm your publication when prompted.
  6. Preview or Run the Page
    • Click the View Page button after publishing to see the booking functionality on the page.

Review And Ratings Shotcode View

The Rate and Review shortcode will be displayed when the booking status changes to completed. Once this status is triggered, the customer will receive an email containing a link. By clicking on this link, the customer can provide a review and rating for their booking. Additionally, customers can give ratings through their profile by clicking on the Rate your experience button, which opens a modal for submitting their review.

Note: The customer can only submit their rating and review once.
