Before You Begin
Prerequisites Checklist
Before installing KiviCare Pro, confirm the following:
- ✅ System Requirements are met
- ✅ WordPress version 6.0 or higher is installed
- ✅ KiviCare Lite version 4.0.0 or higher is installed and activated
- ✅ SSL certificate is installed (recommended)
- ✅ A full site backup has been taken (recommended)
- ✅ KiviCare Pro plugin ZIP file is downloaded
Important:
KiviCare Pro is an extension and will not work without KiviCare Lite.
Installation Methods
You can install KiviCare Pro using any of the following methods.
Method 1: Install via WordPress Admin (Recommended)

Step 1: Prepare the Plugin File
1. Download kivicare-pro.zip after purchase
2. Do not extract the ZIP file
3. Keep the file in ZIP format

Step 2: Upload the Plugin
1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
2. Go to Plugins → Add New
3. Click Upload Plugin
4. Click Choose File and select kivicare-pro.zip
5. Click Install Now
6. Wait for the installation to complete

Step 3: Activate the Plugin
1. Click Activate Plugin after installation
2. A success message will appear
3. KiviCare Pro features are now enabled
Method 2: Install via FTP or SFTP

Step 1: Extract the Plugin
1. Extract kivicare-pro.zip on your computer
2. A folder named kivicare-pro will be created

1. Connect to your server using an FTP client (FileZilla, Cyberduck, etc.)
2. Navigate to /wp-content/plugins/
3. Upload the entire kivicare-pro folder
4. Wait for the upload to complete

1. Log in to WordPress admin
2. Go to Plugins
3. Locate KiviCare Pro
4. Click Activate

Open the KiviCare dashboard and verify new menus:
