Enabling Reviews
Admin Configuration
- Go to Settings β Pro Settings
- Scroll to Patient Reviews
- Configure the following options:
Enable Reviews: Yes
When to Request Review:
β After appointment completion
β Via email (24 hours after visit)
β Manual request only
Who Can Review:
β Only verified patients
β‘ Anyone (public)
Moderation:
β Approve reviews before publishing
β‘ Auto-publish all reviews
Display Settings:
β Show on doctor profile
β Show average rating on booking page
β‘ Show individual reviews publicly

How Patients Submit Reviews
Method 1: Automatic (After Appointment)
After an appointment is marked Completed:
- Patient receives an email/SMS
- Clicks βRate Your Visitβ
- Review form opens:
How was your visit with Dr. Smith?
Overall Rating: βββββ
Rate the following:
- Professionalism
- Communication
- Wait Time
Comments (optional):
[Text Area]
[Submit Review]
- Review is submitted
- Saved as Pending (if moderation enabled)
- Thank-you message is shown
Method 2: Patient Dashboard
- Patient logs in
- Go to My Appointments
- Open a completed appointment
- Click Leave Review
- Submit feedback
Method 3: Manual Review Request
Admin or receptionist can request feedback:
- Go to Patients β Patient Profile
- Open Appointments tab
- Click Request Review
- System sends email/SMS
- Patient completes review
