5-Star Rating System

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Excellent

Rating Categories

Patients can rate the following categories using a 1–5 star scale:

  1. Overall Experience (Required)
  2. Doctor’s Professionalism

  4. Wait Time
  5. Clinic Cleanliness

Enabling Reviews

Admin Configuration

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Pro Settings
  2. Scroll to Patient Reviews
  3. Configure the following options:
Enable Reviews: Yes

When to Request Review:
β—‹ After appointment completion
β—‹ Via email (24 hours after visit)
β—‹ Manual request only

Who Can Review:
β˜‘ Only verified patients
β–‘ Anyone (public)

Moderation:
β˜‘ Approve reviews before publishing
β–‘ Auto-publish all reviews

Display Settings:
β˜‘ Show on doctor profile
β˜‘ Show average rating on booking page
β–‘ Show individual reviews publicly
  1. Click Save Settings

How Patients Submit Reviews

Method 1: Automatic (After Appointment)

After an appointment is marked Completed:

  1. Patient receives an email/SMS
  2. Clicks β€œRate Your Visit”
  3. Review form opens:
How was your visit with Dr. Smith?

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rate the following:
- Professionalism
- Communication
- Wait Time

Comments (optional):
[Text Area]

[Submit Review]
  1. Review is submitted
  2. Saved as Pending (if moderation enabled)
  3. Thank-you message is shown

Method 2: Patient Dashboard

  1. Patient logs in
  2. Go to My Appointments
  3. Open a completed appointment
  4. Click Leave Review
  5. Submit feedback

Method 3: Manual Review Request

Admin or receptionist can request feedback:

  1. Go to Patients β†’ Patient Profile
  2. Open Appointments tab
  3. Click Request Review
  4. System sends email/SMS
  5. Patient completes review
